Learn how to understand Reconciliations and Final Accounts of a Sole Trader. This online quality course is the first module of the ICB Level 3 Certificate in Computerised Bookkeeping and Accounts developed to a high standard to meet the New ICB syllabus.
The ICB Level 3 Certificate in Computerised Bookkeeping and Accounts is comprised of 4 modules: BA4 BA5 BA6 BA7
Completion of ICB Level 2 Certificate in Bookking or equivalent.
Course Content: BA4 – Reconciliations and Final Accounts of a Sole Trader:
• Underpinning knowledge
• Reconciliation and correction of errors (customer and supplier reconciliations, bank reconciliation, correction of errors)
• VAT Returns
• Posting adjustments including disposal and acquisition of fixed assets
• Final accounts of a sole trader
• Production of final accounts of a sole trader with adjustments using a computerised package

Duration: allow approx 50 hours (if you already have previous bookkeeping/accounts experience this may take less time)

His various positions held with Hewlett Packard include: Software Development Engineer, Support, Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Manager Response Centre and Support & Operations Manager for Sirenic Ltd. In addition to his extensive IT and bookkeeping career, Nick is also the Director of Southhampton Bookkeeping Ltd providing bookkeeping services to clients and also tutoring students for the ICB exams.
