( Neil Johnson, 02/10/2017 ) Q:

I am an AMTRA R-SQP. Would that qualification qualify for APL creditation towards this qualification.

( 03/10/2017 ) A:

Hello Neil,

Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately we cannot answer your question. You will need to contact APL and ask them if they will accept a non-standard qualification issued by an Ofqual Approved Awarding Organisation.

Please let us know how you get on.

Best regards.

( Alyx, 23/07/2017 ) Q:

Hello! Can you tell me which level the diploma (VAG015) is, please? Thank you.

( 24/07/2017 ) A:

Hello Alyx,

Thank you for your post. The Diploma is a level 5 attainment and has been independently assessed at this level. The qualification will be endorsed and issued by TQUK, which is an Ofqual Approved Awarding Organisation. The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) is a non-ministerial government department that regulates qualifications, exams and tests in England. Colloquially and publicly, Ofqual is often referred to as the exam "watchdog".

The Academy for Distance Learning, is a recognised centre for TQUK. ADL's recognition number is:1709318 and in order to maintain our Recognised Centre status, we are subject to yearly EVs (Evaluation Visits) to ensure that we conform to, and are meeting the high standards demanded by a company listed on the Ofqual Register.

( Sarah Hauser, 18/07/2013 ) Q: What is the difference between a diploma and a certificate? If I take the course in animal health do I then automatically get access o all the materials related to the subjects itching that ourselves (I.e. animal behaviour etc.) Regards. Sarah
( 19/07/2013 ) A: Dear Sarah, The main difference between a diploma and a certificate is that a diploma is roughly 600 hours of study and comprises of 6 different short courses. And a certificate is just a single short course of 100 hours. Also the pricing is different, you would pay £1230 for a diploma upfront, and £325 for a single short course. If you were to buy a diploma course from us, then your access to your course would depend on whether you had paid the full amount (£1230) up front, or were choosing to do an installment plan. If you were choosing to do an installment plan, we would let you have access to one or two of your courses based on your preference. I hope this has helped!
( Dee, 13/06/2013 ) Q: Do you have a payment plan? If yes how do I go about getting on one.
( 12/07/2013 ) A: Yes, we have a payment plan available that starts at £81.25 per month. For our short courses, this means that you make four payments for 4 months. You can call us direct on 01227789649 and enroll via the phone to do so, or leave a note in your online enrollment requesting a call from us to arrange your monthly payment plan.
