( Samantha griesel , 14/04/2016 ) Q:

Good morning, What qualification is this course and how widely accepted is it in the industry?

( 14/04/2016 ) A:

Hi Samantha,

The course has been deemed as a level 4 qualification by an independent awarding body. Most employers now will test the validity of any qualification, against what they are looking for in an employee. It seems to be the case now that employers are less interested in where a qualification comes from and more interested in what the learning outcomes are. All of our courses, including Horse Breeding, are expertly written and delivered, with the course content and structure regularly updated to ensure that it remains relevant to the work place. Qualifications may get you to an interview, but it is what you know that will land you a job. Our course will enable you to demonstrate a sound understanding of Horse Breeding and how to apply what you have learned to real life situations.

Horse Breeding 100 Hours Certificate Course

Horse Breeding course online. Breeding is undertaken to improve the quality of animals as well as to increase the number of animals.
By selecting (hence controlling) the mother and father of a new foal, a horse breeder can exercise a degree of control over the characteristics of a new animal. Over time, breeding has allowed us to produce animals more suited to specific tasks:
• breeds with greater endurance so they can be ridden for longer distances
• breeds that run faster, for racing
• breeds with greater strength to be used for heavier work
