Our course qualifications are not on any country''s recognised qualifications framework. However, this has not stopped many of our satisfied previous customers gaining employment or university places with them. Please check our our testimonials page.
Although we are not "officially" recognised, we are members of a number of organisation which help us to be unofficially recognised globally. For example, we are members of IRAC - an International Accrediting Body and we are a recognised centre for TQUK - a UK Ofqual approved Awarding Organisation. This helps to establish ADL's credibility as a learning establishment, but doesn't guarantee graduates will be able to turn our qualification into a job, Employers nowadays will often test the validity of any qualification (even the recognised ones), against what they are looking for in an employee. If the job applicant can't demonstrate that they have learned what the interviewer is looking for, they won't get the job. It's as simple as that.
Employers often prefer courses like ours because they are written and regularly updated by industry relevant professionals, not course writers. Because of this, you will learn what employers are looking for, not irrelevant information of no interest to them. Therefore it is a mistake to view qualifications in a as black or white (recognised or unrecognised). What you know is becoming more important. This is why experienced people with no qualifications whatsoever can walk into a job.

Organic farming has distinct advantages, for the environment, for human health, and also for farm economics. There are many definitions of organic farming. A commonly accepted definition is, farming without the addition of artificial chemicals. All kinds of agricultural products are produced organically, vegetables, fruit, grains, meat, dairy, eggs, and fibres such as cotton and wool. Many processed foods are also produced organically (e.g. bread).
In the past organic farm production was often considered as being only for radicals or hippies. Now it is seen as a viable economic move with benefits to the farm soil, to the environment, and to the purchasers of the products. Organic farming has been adopted by some farmers for economic reasons, others for ethical or sustainability concerns. Whatever the reason for going organic, there is no doubt this method of farming is here to stay.
