I enjoyed the course and learnt some new things. How, to structure client meetings as
well as to ask open questions. Considering clients perceptions, motivations, barriers,
and working with people as individuals.

Some things I knew already but felt that it clarified what I already did. etc. and enjoyed
some of the challenges that I met within the modules.

The tutors were very good and gave me plenty of food for thought and challenges.
As I am an employment support worker for a mental health service, I often experience
other concerns, challenges, and barriers with the clients that I support back
into work or volunteering.

I enjoyed the way the course was structured and gave me enough time to research
and did not feel under pressure to complete within a certain time scale.

Most of my course I was supported by Iona Lister and the last two modules I was
supported by Tracey Jones.

Both tutors were very good and thorough. Work that I submitted was completed in good time.
As I did not feel that I wanted to continue to the next module until the previous module
was signed off.

Both gave really good feedback on my work that I presented and also information
and comment to inspire me, that I may not have thought about which I will keep
with me for my future reference.

Enjoyed the course and found it inspiring and enabled me to challenge myself.
All staff support was very good from start to finish and all paperwork and payment
went smoothly and quickly. My account was very easy to understand and access.
