I am currently studying my RHS level 2 through ADL and wanted to share some feedback on my experience.
From the beginning of my application through to starting my studies, and now, having done my first exam, I have been in touch with Cara Gage.
Upon my expressing interest in the course, mid last year, Cara got in touch with me over the phone straightaway to answer all of my questions.
Since then, she has been on hand to provide answers to my questions and kind words of support when I needed them, and I could not be more grateful and impressed.
Many service providers focus their efforts on initial contact with clients, and often drop off once they have a commitment/buy in-this can be disappointing from a customer perspective, so it was really refreshing not to experience this with ADL and Cara.
I have expressed my gratitude to Cara but thought it important that her manager be made aware too.
