I would like to say thank you for all your help, it is much appreciated.  I have had a look at the culinary herb course, it is a bit scary, but will give me an new challenge, looking forward to starting it.  I am not sure if Stephen will be happy to have me as a student again, after having ploughed through marking my assignments on the last course! but I am quite happy to continue having him as my tutor, he was very supportive and gave excellent feedback.
