Aromatherapy has become a familiar addition to today’s beauty parlours. Many of us accept that essential oils (derived mainly from plant materials) may improve health – physical, emotional or mental. In Flower Therapy (established by Dr Bach in the 1930s) there are 38 wild flowers that are believed to contain properties that can heal emotional, as well as physical, symptoms.
