Our new reviews system is now up and running!
Everyone today goes by reviews, be that TripAdvisor, Amazon Reviews (comedy or not) or the dreaded Yelp. Even specialist sites, like Ratebeer.com and BeerAdvocate dominate their respective fields. Just a click on Spotify, helps you refine your choices.. such is the impact of reviews today!
Likewise for education: We've always felt that reviews are paramount to our ongoing success. So now, students who have purchased our courses can now leave their feedback right on our course pages in special new reviews system. This updated system serves to let us at ADL know exactly where to improve our services, and what we're doing right, in a far more active way. We've been getting reviews from the day our first student finished, but with the advent of this new site and it's constant evolution – you'll see that the reviews all have similar or the same date!
We can correspond, link to and you can see all the reviews in one place. We did consider a 3rd party reviews curation agent, but we felt that on seeing the costs, would have impacted in the cost of a course. With our on-site system, ONLY students can add reviews. ADLonlinecourses.com, our website, has always been in a state of constant evolution – and this is just one more step.
Future students can also use the system to inform themselves of the level of service they can expect upon enrollment. We will never curate or censor the reviews left for us, we value all feedback no matter what it says. However, we prohibit incentives because they can hinder the validity and accuracy of reviews. We never promise a reward in return for a review, they are more likely to write a review that doesn’t reflect their true experience. You can read all our current reviews here

If you would like to leave a question about one of our courses you can use the Q&A system (Q&A tab) which is in place for students and future students to use alike.
